Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some medical experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients by telephone and electronic channels to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments in JHC’s EHR and coordinate with providers and pharmacies.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold the Team-Based Care Model.
• Remind patients of appointment dates, times and locations.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed and communicate changes clearly.
• Monitor texts, Live Chat, and reminder software for timely responses.
• Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with multiple software programs.
• Operate dual monitors and multi-line phones while navigating several applications.
• Complete call center training and other assigned trainings.
• Treat patients and staff with dignity and respect.
