Life Network in Colorado Springs seeks a Pregnancy Center Assistant Director to oversee day-to-day operations, supporting patient care and coordinating a team of volunteers and staff. You will help implement policies, train PtAs and support staff, and ensure high standards of service across center operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2–3 years of related experience, with a strong commitment to life-affirming ministry and active church involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong advocate for sanctity of life issues and Christian testimony required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee non-medical roles in the clinic, including PtAs, ultrasound chaperones, and support staff.
• Provide patient care in person, by phone, and via tech platforms.
• Refer patients using current resources and networks.
• Build relationships with PtAs and support staff; support staff development.
