Job summary

Care Net Pregnancy Center of Milwaukee is seeking a Client Services Director to provide leadership over the center's non-medical client services and to work closely with the Executive Director to grow programs.

You will train and supervise client advocates, directly serve clients through visits and counseling, manage client data, and develop case management initiatives while building community partnerships and ensuring high-quality care in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in human services preferred.
• Experience in ministry or faith-based settings preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical client advocacy services.
• Train and supervise client advocates.
• Provide direct advocacy to clients, including visits for counseling.
• Interact with clients via meetings, calls, texts, and scheduling.
• Develop and expand case management and referral resources.
• Build community partnerships and maintain referrals.
• Oversee accurate entry of client data in online databases.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on program growth.
• Identify clients needing follow-up and ensure contact.
