Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading fundraising and donor development.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with major donors, churches, foundations, and community partners.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, relationship-building, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for strategic direction, mission, and growth.
• Oversee fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and major gift cultivation.
• Represent the ministry publicly as a pro-life advocate in California; engage churches and community partners.
• Ensure financial oversight, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Develop staff and leadership to sustain organizational growth and ministry impact.
