Job summary

A Door of Hope Pregnancy Center in Wilmington, Delaware, invites applications for a Director of Operations, a hands‑on leadership role focused on client services, clinic flow, staff supervision, and the overall client experience.

This is a ministry‑centered operations role with roughly 30–40% direct client interaction and 60–70% leadership and center operations—expect to model excellent client advocacy while guiding a team in gospel‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Agreement with A Door of Hope’s faith and conduct.
• Sincere, mature Christian faith and church involvement.
• Commitment to sanctity of life and helping at‑risk women.
• Desire to share the gospel.
• Two+ years in personnel/operational leadership or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, administrative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead staff/volunteers with warmth and accountability.
• Dependable with capacity for significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, client services, scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain professional, safe operations aligned with policies and care standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Nurse Manager on services and medical policies.
• Provide leadership for staffing, volunteers, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Manage client services portion of the budget and ensure approvals.
• Lead staff meetings, fundraising events, and community representation.
• Support client advocacy, spiritual care, and gospel‑centered ministry.
• Supervise and train client services staff and volunteers.
