Job summary

Meta is seeking a Project Manager for Content and Integrity Operations to guide cross-functional initiatives that improve safety and community experiences across Facebook and Instagram. You will analyze data, manage timelines, and coordinate with Policy, Security, Engineering, and Trust teams to deliver scalable improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to handle potentially graphic content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years of work experience in roles involving strategic/analytical initiatives and/or customer operations.
• Experience communicating with engineering and technical teams.
• Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders.
• Capacity to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development with global cross-functional teams.
• Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets.
• Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and propose recommendations to improve operations.
• Lead investigations and resolve issues related to potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for the community and users.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, trust and safety, and vendor operations teams to align on workflow requirements.
