Job summary

Datemil Inc. seeks a Senior Operations leader for the Trust, Safety & Platform Integrity team. You will supervise sensitive content moderation at scale, balance speed with accuracy, and govern external vendors and BPO partners to meet strict SLAs.

You will translate policy taxonomies into concrete labeling guidelines, drive data labeling for AI safety systems, and define quality metrics across distributed teams, partnering with policy, product, engineering, QA, and L&D for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale moderation, vendor or BPO operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Sensitive Content pillar overseeing image/content moderation at scale.
• Manage external moderation vendor and BPO partnerships with clear SLAs and governance reviews.
• Translate policies and taxonomies into actionable moderation guidelines and labeling standards.
• Coordinate data labeling for AI safety systems and maintain dataset quality.
• Define quality metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Engineering, QA, L&D and vendor partners to improve tools and workflows.
• Handle escalations related to high-sensitivity content with decisive leadership.
