Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years in strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, data analysis) and/or customer operations.
• Experience communicating with engineering and technical teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects across stakeholders.
• Ability to work with potentially graphic content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, research, and strategy with global cross-functional teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a dynamic environment.
• Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior; suggest improvements.
• Lead investigations and resolve issues regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
• Help create scalable policies and processes to protect the community.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, trust and safety, and vendor operations teams on workflow requirements.
