Job summary

Meta's Content and Integrity Operations team is seeking an experienced project manager to deliver data-driven initiatives that improve safety and user experience across Facebook and Instagram. You will work with cross-functional partners in Security, Engineering, Policy, and legal to drive scalable process, policy, and product improvements.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, end-to-end project leadership, and the ability to handle sensitive content.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a related field before joining Meta.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives and/or customer operations.
• Experience communicating with engineering and technical teams.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end across stakeholders.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions on content or operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects with quantitative analysis and strategy development with global cross-functional teams.
• Improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets.
• Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest improvements.
• Lead investigations into potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to improve community safety and user experience.
• Track milestones and timelines across multiple initiatives and escalate blockers.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, trust and safety, and vendor teams to align on workflow requirements.
