JAG Physical Therapy in New York, NY is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and guide recovery toward functional independence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document progress daily in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY with current license.
• Completion of state CEU requirements (NY/NJ).
• Experience with EMR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and document plans of care.
• Record daily treatment notes and progress.
• Collaborate with the team to adjust plans.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTA, ATC, and aides.
• Ensure compliance with billing and coding practices.
• Promote JAG in the community.
