Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo, OH, is seeking a Physical Therapist for the St. Vincent Medical Center outpatient setting.

The role involves initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and implementing therapeutic plans, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. The PT will work afternoons/evenings, with opportunities to treat diverse populations across outpatient, inpatient, and pediatric settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS certification preferred or required within 30 days where applicable.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with clear goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily per plan of care and standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and documents progress; co-signs when needed.
• Maintains productivity while delivering high-quality care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and annual compliance requirements.
• Supervises PT assistants and supports professional growth.
