You will develop treatment plans, document progress in the EMR, supervise PT assistants, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-focused team. Licensed PT with current state license and BLS; 2 years preferred; Mercy Health offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state of practice or traineeship eligibility.
• BLS certification required within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Provide daily direct therapy per plan of care.
• Document care and progress in EMR; co-sign for assistants when required.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality care.
• Follow safety and infection control policies; supervise PT assistants.
