Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to provide objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under supervision. The role includes direct and indirect supervision of staff and adherence to Mercy Service Standards.

Qualified candidates will hold an Oklahoma license or be registry eligible, with a Doctorate/Masters in Physical Therapy and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy.
• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
• Preferred Certifications: BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Education

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Current Oklahoma licensure in Physical Therapy
