Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise rehab technicians and PT assistants while ensuring compliance with the Oklahoma Practice Act and Mercy Service Standards.

Current Oklahoma PT license or eligibility is required, with BLS certification and 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification current
• Six months to one year Rehabilitation PT experience preferred
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
