Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients. You will develop individualized plans, supervise rehab staff, and work under the Rehab Therapy supervisor in a Mercy setting committed to high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility) and current BLS certification. Experience with rehab for adults and geriatrics is preferred, with a focus on aligning care with Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or registry eligible.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.
• BLS certification required; current before caring for patients independently.
• Education: DPT or related advanced degree (PT).

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as applicable.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, standards, and rehab policies.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapy supervisor and multidisciplinary team.
