Mercy Health Center Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and plan treatment for adult and geriatric patients under supervision. The role includes direct patient care and supervision of rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants, in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Education should include a Doctorate or Master's/Sci in Physical Therapy, plus an Oklahoma license. BLS certification is required and must remain current for independent care.

• BLS certification required (current).
• Certifications must be current before independent patient care.
