Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services following Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Develop initial and ongoing plans of care and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs; oversee group and individual treatment.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with regulations.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently for all clinical documentation and communications.
