Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid physical therapist state license.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in facilities.
• Develop and monitor initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Techs.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and clinic policies.
• Maintain professional conduct with facilities and clients.
