• Proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception through final resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial.
• Communicate with clients and explain case intricacies and the legal system.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Coordinate with medical and liability experts and manage pleadings and discovery.
• Attend remote and in-person court hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
