Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law in Milford, CT, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a personal injury caseload and manage cases through all litigation stages.

Must have 5+ years of personal injury experience, CT license in good standing, and strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. In-office attendance is required five days a week in Milford.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Connecticut in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience handling personal injury matters preferred.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing a personal injury caseload.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with depositions, motions, discovery, mediations/arbitrations, and court appearances.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from evaluation to resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies based on facts, issues, and objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents with accuracy.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients in court appearances and mediations.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers to advance cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients with updates on status and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to efficiently progress cases.
• Analyze liability and damages to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law and procedures.
