Job summary

gpac is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Bridgeport, CT with approximately 3-5 years of experience to join a growing practice. The role offers hands-on litigation, courtroom exposure, and ownership of a growing caseload in an active civil litigation setting.

Ideal candidates will have active Connecticut Bar admission, strong research and writing skills, and a willingness to appear in court as needed. Personal injury background is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Active Connecticut Bar admission and in good standing.
• Strong preference for personal injury experience.
• Strong litigation-focused writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents.
• Develop case strategy and work with senior attorneys.
