Job summary

Suvoda is seeking a Team Lead for the Payment Implementation Team to oversee the translation of customer documents into payable payment activities. You will ensure SLAs are met, quality controls are in place, and coaching is provided to enhance team performance.

The role involves training team members, collaborating with project management, and developing metrics and controls to standardize processes across the team. A strong background in payments within clinical trials is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years contract management or payments experience in pharma/CRO preferred.
• Foundational background in global clinical trial design, contracts and budgets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Payment Implementation Team translating documents into payable activities within payment platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure productivity and goals.
• Manage implementation queue and resource prioritization to meet SLA requirements.
• Review payment requests and large-scale updates for feasibility and accuracy.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and internal operations teams.
• Support relationship management with client engagement, capacity planning, escalations and reporting.
