Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Management leader for Payment Integrity. You will shape the strategy and roadmap, guiding Product Owners across Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Claims, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes and improved payment accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payment Integrity product strategy and roadmap tied to enterprise goals and regulatory needs.
• Lead and develop Product Owners, establishing clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Translate opportunities into capabilities, requirements, and executable work with leaders across functions.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure integrations meet business needs.
• Use measures to evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
