You will support specification reviews, manage risks, and help shape product features based on client feedback. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving are essential in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Attention to detail and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team for delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, delivery, scope and responsibilities.
• Lead Kick-Off Meetings covering timelines, delivery and scope with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support specification review meetings internally and externally.
• Manage schedule and scope for all projects; track tasks to deliver systems on‑time for UAT.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and drive action items to completion.
• Identify and assess project risks and escalate issues through established channels.
• Drive study resourcing with input from project team members and management.
• Ensure client satisfaction during build and maintenance phases with care and business teams.
• Assist product and services teams with feedback on new features from client requests.
