YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Payment Analyst Lead to supervise the payments team and ensure accurate, timely provider payments in line with state and county regulations. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory understanding, and Excel proficiency to monitor performance and reporting.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, handle complex payment issues, and contribute to program goals while working in a hybrid setup within San Diego County. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience supervising a team in a childcare or subsidy context.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience interpreting complex regulations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise payments to providers in alignment with state and county regulations.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and manage a team to ensure policy compliance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and assess staff performance to support growth.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure timely authorization of childcare services.
• Monitor performance by reviewing Payment Analyst and Subsidy Support work.
• Contribute to community projects and program initiatives.
• Represent the agency at meetings and trainings; may lead trainings.
• Attend on-site and remote learning opportunities and coordinate special meetings.
