Job summary

ABC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a pediatric ABA clinic in Lubbock, TX. You will own the financial, safety, and compliance aspects while guiding a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver outstanding care for children with autism.

You''ll drive KPIs, manage budgets, and foster a collaborative environment that supports families and the clinic''s growth. A strong leader with 6+ years of multi-site management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to lead with empathy and effectively communicate with families and staff.
• Oversee budgets, safety and compliance in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering exceptional clinical care.
• Community Engagement: Build trust with families by providing education and guidance during onboarding journey.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Clinic Admissions, Clinical Directors, and dept. leaders to ensure quality operations.
