Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ due to working with families of children with autism.
• Strong and professional communication among Department Leaders.
• Impactful leader who supports teammates and families.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Attract, engage & retain 25-50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Coordinate monthly & quarterly team events and celebrations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director & Department Leaders on operations quality.
