Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ when working with kids with developmental delays and families.
• Strong and professional communication among department leaders.
• Impactful leader who can act decisively under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, guiding onboarding.
• Team Leadership: Attract, engage & retain 25–50 teammates; conduct evaluations & development plans.
• Clinical Outcomes: Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director & department leaders on operations quality.
