Propio Language Services, Inc. is seeking American Sign Language interpreters for on-site assignments in the Kansas City metro area (MO/KS). Contractors will provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and ASL and may perform remote interpretation when needed.

Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English and ASL, hold at least one ASL certification (RID/EIPA/BEI), and submit an English resume. A background check and potential health/safety requirements may apply.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficiency in English and American Sign Language.
• Ability to interpret between English and ASL.
• One or more ASL certifications (RID, EIPA 3.7+, BEI).
• State-specific ASL interpreting license where applicable.
• Résumé in English required during application.
• High school diploma or GED as credentialing standard.
• Basic computer/tech proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to onsite assignments.
• Background checks or drug screening may be required.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience.
• Experience in medical/legal/community/education interpreting.
• Relevant interpreter training or credentials.
