Job summary

Propio Language Services in Overland Park, KS seeks a Remote American Sign Language (ASL) Contract Interpreter for PropioONE. You will provide virtual interpretation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality for medical and community settings while adhering to ethical standards.

Required ASL certification (RID/BEI/EIPA) and state licensure if needed; 1 year of interpreting experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. Remote work with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• ASL proficiency verification required (certification).
• State license or registration if required by state.
• Minimum 1 year of interpreting experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation remotely via Video Remote.
• Interpret client information accurately into target language(s).
• Comply with ethics and standards.
• Interpret across medical and general community settings.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and related policies.
• Complete daily activity logs and documentation.
