Job summary

The Richfield Office Manager supports New Life Family Service's mission by ensuring professional representation of the agency and its programs through effective office leadership and client services coordination in Richfield.

Responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling client interactions, supervising volunteers, and supporting adoption and Every Family programs under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• BRANCH RESPONSIBILITIES: Office administration including coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, general office organization and office statistics.
• CLIENT CONTACT: Answer incoming phone calls and provide over the phone counseling to those in crisis; schedule clients for medical or social services appointments; assist in administering pregnancy test intakes and partner intakes.
• VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT: Interview prospective volunteers and provide in-office training for new volunteers and interns; manage ongoing work and schedules.
• EVERY FAMILY PROGRAM: Assist with the Every Family program as set by the agency; oversee receiving of material donations; maintain schedule of appointments.
• ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Assist with the New Life Adoption program as set by the agency and with the direction of the Director of Adoption.
