Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Per-Diem Safety Telecom Specialist I to support the Public Safety and Telecommunication Departments across our four acute care and rehabilitation hospitals. You will handle a high volume of emergent and non-emergency calls, dispatch safety resources, monitor alarms and CCTV, and document incidents in the RMS system with professionalism and confidentiality.

Shift is 11PM–7AM, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answers a high volume of emergent and non-emergency telephone calls and routes to appropriate parties.
• Dispatches public safety resources to reported incidents.
• Monitors alarm systems and CCTV; manages incident documentation in RMS.
• Initiates emergency activations for affected facilities and personnel.
