Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Clinician for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. This Master’s level clinician provides rapid crisis assessment, on-site or mobile intervention, and referrals within the CBHC team.

The MCI program operates 24/7, delivering medically necessary services and coordinating with physicians, nurses, and recovery coaches to promote safety and recovery in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility for clinical licensure.
• Experience in crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment and on-site/mobile crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with community providers.
• Serve as liaison between MCI team and CBHC for continuity of care.
• Participate in telephone triage and crisis stabilization.
