Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a part-time Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Clinician to join the Community Behavioral Health Center’s MCI program. The role offers on-site or mobile crisis response 24/7 with a focus on rapid assessment, stabilization, and facilitating medically necessary services in the community or inpatient settings.

The MCI team works with physicians, nurses, and peer specialists to deliver crisis intervention, triage, and post-stabilization follow-up.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human service field.
• Two years’ mental health experience preferred (including internships).
• Mobile crisis intervention experience with children/youth preferred; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and crisis intervention on-site and in the community.
• Coordinate as liaison between MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
• Support crisis assessment, stabilization, and post-stabilization planning.
