Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Milford, MA is seeking an Evening Clinical Team Manager for the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program. The role leads daily operations, triage, crisis evaluation, stabilization, and follow-up to ensure safe, effective care in the community or during diversionary levels of care.

You will supervise MCI staff, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with community providers to ensure seamless continuity of care across the CBHC network.

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, and participates in the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Intervention components of the CBHC, ensuring quality of care, staffing, and continuity of care.
• Provides clinical supervision to designated MCI staff.
• Assumes evening clinical and administrative on-call duties in a 24-hour rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite management.
• Acts as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care.
