Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Master’s level Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician for a Wednesday–Saturday 1st shift role. The position supports crisis response 24/7, on-site and in the community, with a focus on rapid assessment, safety and linkage to care.

The MCI team works with physicians, nurses, clinicians, peers, and recovery coaches to ensure effective crisis care and seamless transitions to appropriate services. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field; licensed or licensure-eligible.
• Experience providing crisis intervention and triage in community settings.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and mobile crisis scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization.
• Conduct telephone triage and on-site/mobile crisis coverage.
• Serve as liaison between MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
• Participate in orientation and licensure-track supervision as applicable.
