Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Master’s level Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician to join the CBHC MCI program. The role supports crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization, delivered on-site or in the community to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges.

Primary duties include telephone triage, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s level clinician required for Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI).
• Licensure track hours available/licensure support.
• Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and follow-up across on-site and community settings.
• Coordinate care and communicate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and recovery staff.
• Serve as liaison between the MCI team and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
