Frontier Direct in Edinburg, TX is hiring a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in delivering high-quality care. You will perform vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and coordinate with providers to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate service.

You will use diverse EHR/EMR systems, educate members about Frontier resources, and participate in community outreach. A strong team player with excellent communication will thrive here.

Qualificações

• CMS/ECG/EKG proficiency and ability to perform phlebotomy, IVs and injections.
• Experience with multiple EHR/EMR platforms.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Educate and empower members on using Frontier services.
• Support paired PCPs to care for assigned patient panel.
• Coordinate with providers to anticipate needs and ensure smooth care.
• Assist with in-office procedures and vitals, lab tests, and IVs.
• Maintain clinic organization, supply inventory and cleanliness.
• Represent Frontier at community events and health fairs.
