Job summary

Frontier Direct Care, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. You will educate members, work with PCPs on patient panels, and coordinate provider needs to ensure smooth care delivery. The role includes ECG, phlebotomy, IVs, injections, and assisting with in-office procedures.

You will also restock exam rooms, manage inventory, and participate in community outreach to promote our services. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.
• Experience bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Educate and empower members on using their Frontier membership.
• Work with paired PCPs to provide care to assigned patient panel.
• Coordinate provider needs to support patient care and success.
• Assist with in-office procedures (ECG/EKG, phlebotomy, IVs, injections).
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory; perform daily housekeeping.
• Represent Frontier at community events to promote services.
