Job summary

Ampact’s Math Corps is seeking tutors to support students in local schools. You’ll lead small-group math sessions, track progress, and participate in coaching and training to help students grow confidence and skills.

As an AmeriCorps member, you’ll receive a biweekly stipend while serving during the 2026-27 school year, with part-time options available and daytime hours Monday through Friday in Moreno Valley, CA.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school’s on-site coach
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training
• Share your experience with the community
