Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Demonstrated strong leadership with interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Proactive problem solving and initiative to drive quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to meet organizational and customer goals.
• Schedule jobs/work orders to meet demand and maximize efficiency.
• Supervise hourly workforce with focus on safety, quality and production goals; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Prepare reports on safety, production, quality and employee performance.
• Document production process changes and SOP updates with Quality.
• Lead safety meetings and trainings to maintain high communication standards.
