Job summary

The role requires a BS in a related field and at least 5 years of operations management in manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management, Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years operations management experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Strong leadership with interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to meet goals and customer demands.
• Schedule jobs/work orders to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Provide direction and supervision to hourly workforce with coaching and performance reviews.
• Complete reports on safety, production, quality, and employee performance.
• Maintain communication and documentation of changes to production processes and SOPs with Quality.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings to ensure clear communication.
