Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS in Management or Engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills with ERP experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to meet goals.
• Schedule jobs/work orders to meet customer demands and efficiency.
• Supervise hourly workforce with focus on safety, quality and production.
• Prepare reports on safety, production, quality and employee performance.
• Maintain documentation of production processes and SOPs with Quality.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings to ensure clear communication.
