Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Proven track record leading supervisors and frontline teams in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Drive daily production execution with KPI monitoring (OEE, yield, downtime).
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Team Leads; build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning.
