Job summary

Qualifications

• College or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff on designated shift and evaluates performance.
• Manages hiring, training, and coaching of assigned employees.
• Oversees safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen and Six Sigma).
• Coordinates with other departments to resolve production issues.
• Verifies time keeping and monitors supply levels.
