Job summary
Atria Senior Living in San Jose, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and complete service requests with safety in mind.
You will perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments for rent and maintain strong resident relations, while contributing to a healthy work-life balance and advancement opportunities at a respected senior living provider.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year experience in property management maintenance as a Maintenance Technician.
- Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates, averages and percentages.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet vehicle policy standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
- Complete service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform turn-key work to ready vacant apartment homes for rent.
- Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving problems.
