Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in Topeka, KS to ensure timely assembly and mailing of membership materials, coordinating with Membership Support and Fulfillment teams.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of fulfillment or project management experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; no travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates large mailings to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Assembles and reviews documents to ensure accuracy and correct delivery.
• Monitors, images, and verifies accuracy; routes correspondence to the right team.
• Backups Membership Support Assistants tasks like creating tickets and work items.
• Mails State of Kansas ID cards and contracts, including annual renewal mailings.
• Handles data entry and reporting for special mailings and projects.
• Reviews returned mail to update member addresses.
• Writes and maintains work instructions and documents results.
• Diagnoses initial ID Card printer issues and notifies maintenance.
