Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to ensure Membership Service Unit activities are completed efficiently. You will work with Membership Support Specialists, Outgoing Mail, and Fulfillment Representatives to meet deadlines and team goals, while supporting ticket creation and mail items from internal and external emails.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years' experience in fulfillment or project management, with strong computer skills

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as fulfillment analyst preferred or 2 years project management experience.
• Travel: No travel supported.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates large mailings to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Assembles and reviews documents for accuracy and proper delivery.
• Monitors and routes mail to appropriate Membership team for resolution.
• Backs up Membership Support Assistants on ticket/work item creation.
• Mails State ID cards and annual renewal mass mailings.
• Performs data entry and reporting for special mailings and projects.
• Reviews returned mail to update member addresses.
• Writes and maintains work instructions and procedures.
• Diagnoses ID Card printer issues and notifies vendors when needed.
