Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library Science is required.
• Three years of professional librarian experience in a public library.
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch library operations and staff scheduling.
• Develops plans, goals, and procedures for the branch.
• Performs collection development and orders new materials.
• Directs staff in implementing library services addressing community needs.
• Responds to patron concerns and develops community-focused services.
• Prepares and submits branch budgets and monitors operating costs.
