Kitsap Regional Library's Bainbridge Island Branch seeks an experienced, innovative Branch Manager to lead daily operations in partnership with the Public Services Supervisor. Candidates should hold a Master of Library Science or be enrolled, have supervisory experience, and be eligible for Washington librarian certification.

Qualifications

• Master of Library Science degree (ALA-accredited) or enrolled with degree within 2 years of hire.
• Five years of supervisory/lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bainbridge Island Branch Library operations and staff.
• Develop branch objectives aligned with library goals and policies.
• Engage with patrons, Friends of the Library, and community partners.
